Refund policy

Zuvi maintains a 30 day money-back guarantee for all orders and shipments within the countries/regions that we operate (view our Shipping Policy for a complete list). For customers in these countries/regions, they have a 30 day window from their receipt of the product to contact us and notify us that they would like to return or exchange their product. This is to ensure Zuvi customers get a low-risk chance to try and enjoy our products.

Upon applying return on Return & Exchange, Zuvi will verify your order (for a seamless process, email us with the email you used at checkout and mention your order #). For orders in US, UK and EU, we will provide a shipping label for you to send the product back. For orders in Australia, Hong Kong SAR and Canada, or returning from a different country from the original shipping address, customers shall cover the return shipping cost.
For the product to be accepted and a full return to be validly processed, the product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Warranty and Repair

For orders in US, UK and EU, we will provide a shipping label for you to send the product back for repairing. For orders in Australia, Hong Kong SAR and Canada, or sending from a different country from the original shipping address, customers shall cover the shipping cost for the repairing.
 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (varies from one to several days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
